Born and raised in NYC, I have always been into fitness! Whether it was Going for a jog in Central Park, or going to the gym to workout, I was always active. Six years ago, I was sitting first class on the hot mess express. I realized I needed a change in my life. Thats when I started a new chapter in my life with my daughter, right here in Central Florida. I then went back to school to expand my education on health and fitness. Today, I am healthier, stronger, and the most fit I have ever been in my life. 

    What drives you to be a better person? As your trainer, I will help you find what lights your passion for fitness. My goal as a personal trainer is to keep my clients accountable, and to help them accept necessary changes when working towards their goals.

HIIT utilizes short, timed sets alternating between cardio and strength training –also known as Metabolic Conditioning.  Each session incorporates cardio drills, kettle bells, battle ropes, medicine balls and more. Keeping your heart rate up and working your core with each move.  Lots of tricks to keep the workouts fresh and get you fit – as well as great energy levels and great music.



Also known as weight or resistance training — is physical activity designed to improve muscular fitness by exercising a specific muscle or muscle group against external resistance, including free-weights, weight machines, or your own body.  

A well-rounded strength-training program provides the following benefits: 

  • Improve your balance

  • Strengthen your bones

  • Help you lose weight all while making you look and feel better 

  • Increase muscle Mass
